STORE POLICY

All repairs have a 7-day warranty and are subject to a 60% restocking fee. Noble Mobile does not require payment before repair and Noble Mobile does not charge a repair fee. If device is not repaired customer is not responsible for any fees. Subsequent physical damage, water damage, and normal wear and tear are not included in coverage for a lifetime warranty. Disabled or unlocked phones are not eligible for a refund. If the phone is repaired by a third party after visiting Noble Mobile, evident by the broken internal seal installed after initial repair, the Lifetime/7-Day Warranty is immediately void with no exceptions. Noble Mobile is not responsible for any issues that arise if the phone is presented with a bad LCD or is off as it cannot be tested prior to repair. I understand that Noble Mobile is not responsible for any data loss as a result of repair work done on any electronic device and it is my responsibility to ensure the device is fully backed up prior to any repair performed. I fully understand that having my device repaired or serviced or otherwise receiving any technical support may void the manufacturer warranties for any devices, iOS in particular. Noble Mobile and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that manufacturer warranties are voided but may offer a warranty for the parts and/or service performed at the discretion of the buying manager. In the event of any unintended catastrophes, including but not limited to theft, robbery, fire, or loss of devices, we will not be held responsible but may compensate for loss within reason at the discretion of the buying manager.
