The fine print

Policies & warranty

Every repair carries a 7-day warranty covering the specific issue we fixed. We never ask for payment before a repair, and we don't charge a diagnosis or repair fee — if we can't fix it, you owe nothing.
What it covers
The warranty covers only the repair you approved. It doesn't cover later physical damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or unrelated problems before or after the work. If another shop opens the device after us — shown by a broken internal seal we place during the repair — the warranty is void.
Liability
Some devices can't be fully tested beforehand (a phone with a bad screen, or one that won't power on); we're not responsible for faults that couldn't be seen first. Opening or servicing a device may void the manufacturer's warranty (especially Apple / iOS); we don't assume liability for that, though we may offer our own warranty on parts or service at the manager's discretion.
Bring it back to the store within 14 days with your receipt. To be eligible, the item must have no defects, no damage, and be in the same packaging and condition it was sold in. Eligible returns are subject to a 33% restocking fee. Items that are damaged, opened beyond original condition, or returned after 14 days aren't eligible.
Please pick up your device within 7 days. Any device left with us longer than 7 days is no longer Noble Mobile's responsibility. Customers are responsible for their own belongings while in the store. In the rare event of theft, robbery, fire, or loss, Noble Mobile isn't liable, though we may compensate within reason at the manager's discretion.
Noble Mobile does not knowingly buy stolen property, and we take reasonable steps to confirm that any device we buy is legitimately owned. When we purchase a device, the seller receives a receipt as their record of the sale and confirms they are the rightful owner with the right to sell it.
If a device turns out to be stolen
If a device we bought is later found to be stolen, we cooperate fully with law enforcement and return it to its rightful owner at no cost to them, and we seek repayment from the person who sold it to us — never from the rightful owner. Thank you for your understanding.
